Auto annual service The guy was nice and explained what my car needed. Overall the service was better than last year.
Service for my Mini - 3rd try Johnny the service technician was great! He was able to fix the issue that they hadn't been able to fix on my last 2 visits. Unfortunately, the gentleman I was working with (not Johnny) never called me when my car was ready and I had to track someone down at 7:15pm to find out what was going on with my car. Since they were closed by then, my car had to sit overnight, I was not planning on that and had to take extra time off of work to pick it up the next day as I hadn't planned on it being there... read more

Service Everything was fine at the dealer. The only thing I had problem with was when I me my appointment, I was not asked what will be doing when I get there. Will I stay or leave. Would I need a shouttle and if so, what distance was available.
Mini of Stevens Creek Mini on Stevens Creek serviced my car plenty of times. No complaints. I get updates before and after repairs, and any other issues along the way. Most of the time, my car is finished before the end of the day.

First Service Total time of service ended up what was quoted. Found out more services were needed than expected but were all covered. My car got an exterior wash and tire shine. Overall excellent service.
