Returning lease and new lease Many thanks to Johanna of Stevens Creek Mini and Nick Kamali who helped us tremendously when we turned in our 2017 lease and leased a new 2020 4-door mini. This was during the very difficult time of COVID-19 and they went the extra mile for sure!

Always Great service Customer service is always great. Trent my normal service advisor called me personally to let me know he wouldn?t be in on the day of my appointment. He let me know Robert would be taking care of me. The personal touch and hand off set the expectation of someone else giving me the same great service, which Robert did.

Mini of Steven's Creek Santa Clara CA Was given friendly and knowledgeable service and advice from two gentlemen, both named Mo. One worked in sales, the other in finance. They really took care of me and helped me select the perfect car, a birthday gift for my wife i highly recommend this dealership.

Great experience Amanda Jewell, my sales representative, was extremely communicative during the sale and delivery process. I reached her via e-mail and the transaction was on. The facilities (albeit far for me) were well worth the travel. The accommodations are comfortable and welcoming. Mo the finance guy is very thorough and has a warm personality. I felt right at home. Last, I love my Countryman with all its bells and whistles.

Fantastic Experience I love the non pressure friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this dealership off Stevens creek and I highly recommend buying a Mini Cooper. Great power, great gas mileage and super fun to drive AND affordable.
