New 2021 Mini Cooper Purchase Emailed several local dealers for price inquiry for a 2 door mini cooper hardtop, specifically requesting email/text reply. Most dealers called me immediately but Luis emailed me to introduce himself. He was very straight forward and provided highly competitive prices on several cars and I was able to make a decision quickly without a long drawn out negotiation. Went to the dealer a couple of days later to complete the paperwork and buy the car. Very painless process, highly recommended.
Great Service Excellent use of technology (texting) by my Service Representative to effectively keep me informed from start to finish. Bravo for helping me to save money on repairs. Techs and services folks gave my mini some TLC.

Routine Maintennace I took my vehicle into the dealership for routine maintenance, since I purchased it with my car. I have the engine light coming on intermittently and have spoke with the service advisor about it. He stated nothing in the history but I told him that I brought it in for repairs once already for the same issue. They still can not find anything wrong. Bummer.
