Annual Check of my baby! I have a 2016 Countryman and have taken her to Stevenson Creek for all check ups. I can say in the past I haven?t been thrilled, Brian was awesome on this visit. Timing was perfect for the climate we are in now!
Outstanding Service Robert from service was outstanding as well as Johanna in sales! Both were exceptional! Other dealers are closer to where I reside, but I choose to come to Stevens Creek for their fabulous service!
Countryman maintenance Travis was wonderful. He explained clearly what my Mini needed for it's maintenance service. He was knowledgeable and extremely nice. My car was back to me pretty quickly and I was on my way home.
Happy MINI owner Couple months ago I purchased my first MINI, overall the best experience, sales department were in constant communication even until my first service appointment (today) but they made sure I was happy with my MINI, finance was a smooth transaction and service today was very attentive, went over all the information with me. I was there for an hour and a half max and they even washed my car! Thank you so much MINI of Stevens Creek!!! Motor on!

oil change My minor concern is the service mileage was not reset due to the microfilter that is still clean today, so I may have to come back sooner than the next oil change
