I love my Chili Red Mini! Joe was very helpful, we drove several cars until we found the right one. He was attentive, made follow up calls but we did not feel pressured. This car is so great! I have never loved a car this much before. I think everyone should at least test drive one so that they can see how much room there is, how well the car handles and all the fun features. I could not be happier.
Mini needs to inform their customers about warranty changes We had a great experience at mini of Portland. I think that mini should have a system to let there customer know when their warranty is coming to an end bought my first mini in Utah my saleswoman there was awesome the dealership needs some help so we trued mini of Portland what a difference nothing but pleasing to see how it should be done.
Ivan is outstanding! WOW!! What an exceptional experience I had with Ivan in the shop. My car had a rattle on a road trip and I had to dolly it home 400 miles with a box truck because I only wanted an authorized Mini shop to look at it. I was told it was my timing chain (2000.00 repair) and that my car was "famous" for this problem and faulty parts which was surprising given the road warrior my mini has been. Great place to sell your car! I brought in a limping, yet fundamentally amazing Mini Cooper. David and his team made both me and my old car feel valuable. They explained their purchase price, offered me many options for how to optimize my sell/trade in and I left with money in the bank and an even greater love of both the cars and people of Mini of PDX. Service department It was busy when I came in but they took care of me in a timely manner. They let me know at the end of the service what I need to get done in the next few months and year.
