Oil Change Went in for an Oil Change, they noticed that my tires were cracking Out pieces of Rubber.So needless to say I purchased a pair of tires that they priced match for me so I was completely satisfied with the work that they did along with the service. First Mini Purchase Contacted Mini of Portland after doing a search to find a specific model. All communications were professional and responsive. Agreed on terms and I flew in from out of town to pick up the car. The entire process including delivery exceeded my expectations. Great service experience I brought our 2017 Countryman in for normal scheduled maintenance. Since we live approximately 50 miles from the dealership I elected to wait while the service was being performed. As usual, they made every effort to get the car in and out of the shop as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of the service itself. My service advisor, Raychel, is always an absolute pleasure to work with. She is very accomodating and makes every effort to keep me informed on the progress of the service.
Lifetime oil change inspection Took advantage of Lithias lifetime oil change for my 2005 -what a great deal! My car was ready quickly and was even washed. My only suggestion is to maybe add testing the car battery to the inspection list. My battery died the very next day. Luckily it was parked in my driveway and I had the day off.
Mini to the Max Ivan does an outstanding job of making the customer feel special and important. He pays focused attention to detail and remembers everything. Josh is a very professional and efficient orchestrator of the service experience.
