Outstanding service provider I sincerely appreciate the service I get from the team at this location. Ivan is extremely wonderful to work with, always very helpful. Your loaner vehicle program have really helped me get my vehicle serviced and still get to work.

Owner Although traffic (customer traffic) is heavy, it is to be expected and I was surprised it did not take as long as I would have imagined. It is too soon to evaluate the quality of repair because it has only been about 4 hours. However, in the last few years I have had no complaints with the service. Fantastic People I purchased a used car from MINI of Portland and I have never had a better experience buying a car. Everything was awesome. The lot and offices were clean, the staff were nice and helpful, the whole experience was smooth. The negotiations were not the hardball back and forth I am accustomed to at other dealerships, they were truly a joy to work with. The sales staff was friendly and not pushy. I could not recommend them more.
