1st Oil Change So this was my first time taking my new Clubman in for an oil change. The initial call to set up the appointment was a little tedious so I was thinking I was in for a rather long and boring experience. I was only "kind of looking" Best car shopping experience ever. I usually leave car dealerships cranky and disgruntled, feeling like I had just been swindled.. BUT I didn't even realize I was buying a car at MINI of Portland. It was more like hanging with friends and leaving with new wheels. I even feel really good about the deal. Mini Service In and Out in under 90 minutes nice waiting room with WiFi coffee and water
I BOUGHT A CAR MAN! Bryn and Colton were awesome. I went in to get some information on purchasing a new car later in the year, walked away with a new (used) car. Things were simple. This is my second Mini purchased here, and each time the process was simple.
Professional Service Dept. Service department was thorough and friendly. My Mini was serviced, and a rattle diagnosed and fixed, within 24 hours.
Mini service When the dealereship changed hands a the service advisor later left, I was concerned thet now I was just another number. Last May, I called for a service on my return from a long trip and was assigned Ivan Chavez He was able to work me in and got me out ahead of schedule. I year as pased and it was time for another service and I scheduled it for tuesday. I live 230 miles from the dealership so it is not a simple drop off process. WOW! Above and Beyond The team really went out of their way to accommodate my special needs, in a car I really wanted, even after a false start on another car, that just wasn't going to work. I cannot say thank you enough! Very customer service oriented and I highly recommend them!!!!
2012 Mini Cooper S, check engine and recall repair Ivan was very professional and helpful with getting my new to me Mini in for service. Much better experience than I have had at other dealerships.
