Extremely impressed from start to finish! I am located in Philadelphia, but was advised to visit this dealership after an unfortunate not-so-friendly interaction with someone from another dealership... And I am pleasantly surprised! I had the most outstanding experience at mini. A salesperson named Roseann greeted me with the biggest, brightest smile to make me feel welcome. She was able to make my car buying experience stress free and painless. The only word to describe that day was...PERFECT!! I am just so endlessly happy with my new mini! Walked into Mini of Mt. Laurel and was completely overwhelmed by all of the options of cars.. Thankfully, Roseann was so helpful and worked with me to find my dream car! Ok , I normally wouldn't bother with a review but the guy working there was awesome. I brought car in for a minor service and was not the happiest with the lack of attention from the staff until I had the pleasure of meeting Anthony. This guy was polite, friendly and even reset my tire sensors for nothing. He gave me a ride to my work in the morning and started my day out right. Well I had to take a personal day today for Alistair. About 1.5 yrs ago, I received a letter from his birthing center (manufacturer) that my precious Alistair had a birth defect (recall) on a safety feature.
