This weekend, I purchased a MINI Next Certified Pre-owned 2014 MINI Cooper S Coupe from MINI of Mt Laurel. The entire process was terrific! Victoria and Joe, the sales reps I worked with, as well as the entire team at the dealership were wonderful and they made the entire process painless! While I only purchased a used car, they treated me as if I was buying the most expensive new car on their lot! They get the MINI culture and it shows!!
I never had it so easy buying a car. Roseann showed me everything I asked for when I wanted a particular extra and they didn't have that particular car she went to find me the perfect car for me. Financing went smooth no hidden extras great experience all around. And best of all I love my Mini Cooper.
I've bought 2 cars here, most recently on 2/13/17. Both times it was easy and painless. The service department is also very accommodating.
For the most part the leasing process was good. Upon lease end we could not make a deal for another lease and then were knit picked on return charges...
Always great people. Took my car in for my routine maintenance, and it was done within an hour and 15 minutes, even with 3 or 4 others ahead of me.
