I had a mechanical problem with my Mini hundreds of miles away from home. Mini of Mt. Laurel responded with great flexibility, responsiveness and hospitality. I drove up into the service bay and was immediately greeted with understanding and a smile. Service agent Judy got my car in right away and mechanics started work. They gave us a ride to a local restaurant where we ate while waiting for repairs to be completed. Two hours later we were back on the road. What a great staff and great service. I have heard thr horror dtoried but I have had nothing but great service with my mini. They also always offered a loaner car if I did not want to wait for the car.

An upgrade from a previous review. They ended up taking care of the brakes on my car. I brought the car in ,they checked it and said my mechanic was right. No brakes left. This was a dangerous way to deliver a car. Brake failure can be catastrophic. Thankfully it did not get there. Someone made a bad call to deliver a car. Thanks to a reliable dealership ,they acknowledged their mistake and made it whole.i have to congratulate them being able to make a decision slanted to the consumer!
