I wish there was a 4 1/2 Star option. My first service since Holman bought & closed Princeton MINI. Instead of 12 Miles, I now have to drive almost 40 to a MINI dealership. I scheduled over a week in advance to be sure I had a loaner,but none was available when I checked in. Had to wait over an hour for someone to return one. On the plus side, Judy, my service advisor, was extremely helpful and pleasant. I’ve bought four MINIs over the years now and 2 from Mt Laurel, and they keep impressing me! The latest was the service I got from service manager Judy, who went the extra mile to help me solve a problem with a part that was out of warranty but shouldn’t have broken down so soon, and also was able to get the work done in a single day, and even was able to give me a lift too and from work that day!
