The best dealership experience I ever had. They were absolutely packed all day, with customers outnumbering the staff in a pretty big way. I thought it would be dead on a cold day in early February, instead it was the most crowded car dealership I ever saw. Our salesperson Laura Benedict and the entire team were awesome and it was painless and pleasant doing business with this dealership. They were friendly and attentive without even coming close to overbearing. First time at this dealership to have my Mini serviced after Princeton closed up shop overnight leaving their customers high and dry. Judy and the service team are phenomenal and true professionals. The waiting area is comfortable and fully stocked. I was thinking of getting rid of my car because the service was so far from home, the excellent service has me rethinking that plan.
My husband and I just recently purchased our first mini and we couldn’t be happier. Our salesman Dan went above and beyond. They all truly put the customer first.
