I love my new MINI Coupe, and Steve Zilkey was the most supportive and easy to work with sales rep - he didn't even seem like he was selling. This is the second MINI I've purchased from NW MINI, and Steve embodies what I like about this dealership - he has a no-pressure approach, helped me to get what I wanted without having to compromise, and kept me informed every step of the way. Mark Sandau was friendly and anxious to please. The price was "OK", but that is just a general statement on car prices in general. This car was a special order and we had a bit of a mixup on the stripes (they didn't come on the car as ordered). However, Mark was ready to have the stripes put on as we waited. I have bought a fair amount of cars in my life and every time I have the sales people are so back and forth between myself and the sales manager that the pressure to just agree to a deal is more out of fatigue than enjoyment in he new car I just bought. Rocky is a great person to deal with when looking for a new car. I had come in during the last hour of the day and Rocky was about to leave but he saw that I was waiting and others were still busy with other clients and so he offered to help me. My recent experience is purchasing a new MINI from Northwest MINI was a very pleasurable. Rocky Matranga sales approach was to make the customer knowledgeable of the fantastic attributes of the MINI and let the customer decide on which model and options were best.
