I touched base with Brad via cars.com and he got everything set up so when I came in I was able to just focus on the cars. Will was very helpful with that and then Diane helped me get all the financials sorted out.

Rocky was accommodating, positive, patient, helpful, personable, and fun to work with. He loves the product, it shows, and it catches on! Terry Soumis is patient, very kind, informative, fun, interactive. He was never pushy. He spent ample time with me in my decision-making and then going over all the features of my new MINI. I would highly recommend this man and Northwest MINI as a dealership. It was a great experience buying from them.
This is the second car I've bought from Rocky and he continues to provide stellar service determined to meet the customer needs while maintaining that feeling that he's part of the family. I cold called NW Mini in early June; Rocky answered the phone and answered all of my questions (plus the 2 subsequent calls). I then told him I couldn't order the car until the sale of our beach went through. 'When should that happen?' 'By July 1st, if all goes well.' I received a follow up call on July 3rd. Prompt, thoughtful, good send of humor, easy to reach, returns phone calls and e-mails promptly.
Robert cared about his customers satisfaction. This is a professional and classy dealership! I would recommend to all people to buy a MINI and buy it there!
