My wife and I have always liked the looks of the Mini Cooper and decided to check them out as we looking for a new car. When our family came to Northwest MINI, we had spent the whole day looking for a used Mini around $10,000 in other car dealerships, so we were a bit tired. Rocky came out to greet us, and was extremely pleasant. He showed us the Minis in the front lot and the back, and thoroughly explained how the types of Minis were different from each other. Rocky and Northwest MINI were simply outstanding. My 8 yr-old son and I walked in on Saturday morning and spent nearly the entire day considering the purchase of a new Countryman. I was downsizing from a full size SUV and needless to say, considering a MINI was a significant change. Everything about my experience was great. The only small problem I had was a misunderstanding on the price of one of my 'additions' or 'assessors', but I can't actually say whose fault it was. Otherwise, it was as smooth as my first Mini purchase, which was great as well.
My visits to the Mini dealership were great. The staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Then I went back on line to build my own MINI but saw the August sales deals and the on line pictures of the Mini I just fell in love with from the lot and it was a done deal! Arriving at the dealer to find the price less than quoted on line was great too. The buying experience with Rocky was great. Referred by my pals at KOMO TV and they were right - the best cars and the best dealer. The most fun I've ever had at a car dealership. Rocky was a great salesman and knowledgable about the product, made sure I was looking at the models with all the features I wanted, and spent time answering all our questions with patience and his awesome sense of humor. It's a long story, but the basic idea is I spent 6 long years dreaming about my first MINI and without the team at NW MINI it would never have happened. Brad Davis is the most low-pressure, patient car salesman on the planet. After laboring over the decision and even putting money down on a car, a job change caused me to opt out of the purchase back in 2006.
