Good service thanks. Hit in without appointment my car was done by noon and it washed when I picked it up. Shuttle service was great too

Service was good and car was done on time. The new Countryman is a big improvement from the older style, they have a couple for loaner cars.

The stitching in the back seat was off and a seam opened up. Mini's service solved the issue with a friendly attitude, had a loaner car for me to use for two days, and even washed the car during Alaskan "breakup" season when every car is root beer foam brown from caked dirt. What more is there to say?
