I bought my mini in Fall of last year and have always had great service here. This was no different. The loaner car was great and I had no problems with the service! Love going here!
This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Mini of Anchorage. This one was used but they pulled it in from another dealer. There were a few things that needed to be fixed that they are fixing. Sales associate Mark Valdez was amazing and answered all my questions.
Came in the day before with a check engine light and they saw me the very next day. Service was welcoming and friendly. A good all round atmosphere. Would definitely come here again.
When scheduling a time for my periodic oil changes and other needs the Mini service department has always come through. They also understand my working hours and nature, and schedule, dependent on when I can use one of their loaner vehicles. And yes, the loaner car does make me long for a Mini with more gadgets. But I love my red sled.
It's that time of year and I was in and out as scheduled and on my way with winter tires. Easy, fast and very professional.
My hardtop started chugging and the check engine light went on. I called the road service and arranged a tow to the dealer. Don sorted me out and got my car back to me within 4 days as it was over the weekend. As always, every time I deal with this dealer I'm impressed.
The Service Department was prepared and ready when I pulled up. They quickly got me in and out and gave me a loaner! I am so thankful for not having to hassle finding a rider to and from. I was able to drop off right at 7:30 and be to work by 8am then return back at 5. I go my oil changed, inspection done, and a loaner car. I couldn't be happier with the service. I traded my 2016 Ford F-150 Lariat in for the 2016 John Cooper Carbon Edition and couldn't be happier! The service at Mini of Anchorage far exceeds the "service" department at Worthington Ford who doesn't offer loaner vehicles and keeps your vehicle for days without ever calling you for an update which has happened to me on multiple occasions for a simple oil change.
