After saving for years and finally coming to that exciting time to purchase my dream car I was a little apprehensive about going to the dealer. Donny and all the crew were wonderful! Friendly, kind, funny, made us feel "right at home" and made the experience enjoyable and not stressful at all. Drove away in my awesome little MINI felling like a part of the family! I needed a replacement car asap. I enquired about Minis and received a prompt response from Robert Mill. He was very knowledgeable and worked with me negotiating a price I could afford. He went out of his way to help me in my car purchase, offering to meet me at the airport etc. There was no pressure to but a car at any time and everything was handled ahead of time so all I had to do was sign all the paperwork and drive my new car home. Very enjoyable experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Mini of Anchorage to anyone.
ISSUE: 2008 MiniCooper ClubmanS had balky starting issue PRO: Mini spent significant time and resources attempting to diagnose and resolve the problem, which was ultimately identified as the hi pressure fuel pump. Once started, driving characteristics did not indicate that the pump was the problem. MINI covered all expenses except one extended warranty deductible and one set of replacement spark plugs. Scheduled for a factory recall for older model Mini, parts were ordered and installed on scheduled date, loaner vehicle provided even though service didn't take that long. Hassle free and an enjoyable experience ;-)
I appreciate that Don was able to get my MINI in for service very soon. He was extremely friendly and offered a shuttle ride and a loaner vehicle so I could get to and from work. Before I left, Don went over the service my MINI required in detail and answered my questions. She's driving great and I continue to be a satisfied MINI of Anchorage customer!
From making a service appointment to picking up my car I received the best care and attention to detail. Bill made sure my car was done right and on time. Motor on!
Every time I drop my mini off for service I know I will be taken care of. Service is fast and friendly and I can count on them to get the job done right. Bill has great communication and does a fantastic job running the mini service department. I'm happy with knowing I always have a great place to take my mini to.

The dealership scheduled a loaner car at the time of my service. Apparently the loaner came back from another client broken...the service manager called me the day prior to my service to inform me that a loaner would, in fact, not be available and ask if I wanted to reschedule of if they could just take me where I wanted t go with their shuttle. I only needed a simple oil change, but I got top notch service and good communication.
