Prompt service. Dropped the car off, and got a shuttle ride to work. Scheduled a pick up for after service was completed. Everything was done on time. Got my car back cleaned, and washed
Dropped off my Mini Roadster for an oil change. Brought a book to read expecting a long wait. I got my oil changed , inspection and cleaned car back in about 45 minutes!! Thanks for a job well done!!
I was greeted promptly, given a nice loaner, and told my car would be ready the next day. My car was ready in less than 8 hours, Everything was as repaired properly and my service advisor was great.
You guys were patient with me and fiancé, both of us are really picky while looking for the specific mini we wanted. You guys were also super helpful and made us feel comfortable. We are very happy with out mini, we love it!

There may be times and places where if you have a deal for free service (like my first 36,000 miles on my MINI), you could experience less than the service you get with $$. Not so at MINI of Anchorage. I've always felt that their service to me was the most important thing to them at the moment. they took care of the items i needed in a fast and friendly way - that is the best compliment in my opinion - i will be back.
My service light came on so I took my MINI down the the dealership to be worked on. They answered all of my questions and were very friendly. The whole process was very quick and painless. Thank you guys!
