From start-to-finish I was happy with the quality of service I received from Mini in Anchorage. I'm military and had just brought my Mini over from Germany. My warranty expired in less than a week. Though there weren't any appointments available, Ray brought me in anyway and made room for me in his busy schedule so that I could get my annual service done before it was too late. Mini of Anchorage does everything right, they made an appointment with me for service, were ready for me when I dropped the car off, offered me a ride to work, and called me when the car was ready. No surprises, no up-sell. Talked to me about tire wear, offered information as I tried to understand the best choice for my driving habits. Mark, the person who sold me my car 2 years ago, said hi, he remembers me every time I am in there and I appreciate that. I trust them and it feels like family.
I arrived without an appointment....my tire was making and I had not had a day of to get it looked at. Spur of the moment I had day off. not only did the service department take me to the correct place, ( I had vibe to the wrong place)....The mini service manager was gracious and offered me a nice place to wait. Becoming a 'Mini' driver has posed more than just purchasing a new car. The fun, high energy staff that is there to help is always on top of their game ensuring the best customer service and treatment for your car. I went in to upgrade my 2 door for the 2015 4 door. Once again was amazed with my time spent and so happy with the new purchase and everything that came with the new car.
I had a low tire that ended up having to have my car towed to dealership. The service manager called soon after it arrived to let me know that my car also had an indication to have my breaks checked. They got right on it and discovered that with the tread on the rest of my tires, it was time to replace them too! I couldn't be more thankful for the attentiveness, thoroughness and dedication they have to serve the customer. Always a pleasant experience! Thank you!

Brought in our Mini for a windshield replacement and service. Service guy was very friendly and helpful. It is nice to get real customer service in Alaska where it seems to be lacking.
I had my car in for a windshield replacement. Because of the nature of my job, I'm zipping around town all day long. They were able to hook me up with a loaner which is always great! They also were able to pull into my cars computer to see that with in the next 2,000 miles or 3 weeks I'd be needing an oil change. The booked me, site on scene, for that oil change that same day preventing me from having to go back to the dealer in such a short amount of time.
