Carrie Davis and South Bay Mini has been a pleasure to do business with. They made purchasing my new Mini a truely enjoyable experience. Carrie was very helpful and everything ran smoothly from ordering the car to being notified when it arrived and all the way thru the purchasing process. They made it fun and exciting.

This was the best experience ever at a car dealership. I did not feel that pressure one feels when you step out of your car and you are approached before you even closed your door. Ernie Munoz was professional, knowledgable and willing to spend as much time as I needed to feel comfortable with the transaction. He was so patient and accommodating. I will definitely tell my friends to stop in and see Ernie before they buy or lease their next car.
Buying a car from South Bay Mini was a great experience. Our salesman, Ernie Munoz, was awesome. He left no questions unanswered, was patient and took his time on our test ride showing us all the unique characteristics of this great car. He stayed at work late to track down the exact car we wanted with all the accessories that we wanted too. He never lost contact with us until the car arrived at the dealership which made us feel very comfortable. I would definitely buy another car from Ernie.
I recently purchased my brand new 2011 Mini Cooper S hardtop from the none other than the greatest sales advisor, Miss Alex Do. After scouring the internet for reviews of someone who got high ratings, and knows their stuff. Alex definitely knows everything there is to know about MINI, from birth to current model, and went over every detail of the car. My experience at South Bay Mini and working with Chris was an EXCELLENT one. Chris got creative to make sure I go the features on my car that I wanted. He was extremenly responsive and easy to work with. He took his time and answered all of our questions. Even today, if I have any questions about my car Chris is there is help me. I would definitely check out the South Bay Mini dealership and make sure you connect with Chris.
South Bay mini is just a few miles from my home but when purchasing a mini I considered going elsewhere. That is until I was referred to Amanda via a mini forum. She lived up to her reputation and the entire experience was great. I look forward to servicing there and purchasing from Amanda down the road.
Picking out my Mini was an amazing experience that I consider the best thus far of any dealership I have visited. Alex Do was simply terrific in every sense of the word. The Free Scheduled Maintenance and VIP Plan for Southbay Customers is also not too shabby.
Well, I was originally going to go to Crevier - and posted this on an online mini forum. I got a message from somebody that recomended Amanda from south bay - so I shot her an email. She was insanely helpful from the beginning, even in person - I didn't feel like i was with a sales person, but with a trusted friend. She was not pushy at all, didn't give me that strange 'car dealer' vibe - and even recommended I NOT get a few options, as she didn't care for them herself and she felt they weren't worth it.
