Alex Do was absolutely the best person to deal with when buying my mini. I will not buy another mini without her. She was able to provide me with pricing upfront, so I knew what I was getting. She was so friendly and didn't waste my time. An incredible experience and have already sent her many others.

Alex is the best, friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. From now on I will buy all my BMW and Mini's from her. When i visited the dealership I was immediately greeted and offered a test drive, The entire process was easy and I was in and out in a few hours.

The one thing that usually puts me off when it comes to dealerships is hovering sales people simply looking to meet a quota, and I can assure you the experience at South Bay MINI was pleasantly atypical. I visited South Bay BMW/MINI looking to test drive a few new BMW and MINI models earlier this year; and, after poking around for awhile and looking at the couple of options, had a conversation with one of their sales people (Alex Do) that convinced me that I'll likely buy all of my cars from BMW/MINI in the future. Nice clean environment. My sales woman was gregarious but not aggressive. I'm really impressed by everyones demeanor and know how, nit by the product alone, but by how much they knew. Though I did not purchase a Mini that day, I walked of the dealership more knowledgeable than when I did. They took an aspiratIonal shopper and made me a fan of Minis.

Alex Do is the most radical salesperson ever. Very helpful, honest and kind. She always called me back right away. And made sure everything was ready when I came to the dealership. She also was very knowledgable and explained all my options when inquiring about the car in terms of financing.

I highly recommend this dealer. This is the second Mini that I have purchased with Alex Do! She is professional, and very knowlegable about the product. The rest of the crew at Southbay Mini was also very friendly and helpful as well. Thank you for a wonderful car buying experience!

Breifly stopped in to inquire about a new min and I had an exceptional expierance with my sales rep Alex Do. She was very helpful and made the entire process and day that much more enjoyable. I will now recommend South Bay to all my friends and family. Especially with great sales reps like Alex Do to make my visit that much better.

Going to South Bay is a great experience from beginning to end. The facilities are extremely nice and clean, and the MINI themed waiting area is great. The gentlemen at the service desk were as helpful as you could want and on top of their game. My car was serviced under the time predicted and the free wash was good. One particular employee that stands out with exceptional kindness and knowledge of MINI is Alexandra Do.
