I had a 8am appointment and was set with a loaner. That was good, Then I was called when vehicle was to be finished however when I got there I waited 30 minutes to get my car. I was very upset to find my service advisor I’d had for so long was no longer there! Robert Lawson was such an amazing person. Truly broke my heart to see he was let go! I purchased 3 cars there and had him by my side all the way!
My service advisor provided superb service today!! I had a small issue. He fixed it! My car was serviced faster than expected. I appreciated the courtesy car wash as well.

I've never had a better experience buying a car before than buying it from Tom Bush Mini! I am positively in LOVE with my new 2017 Countryman. The Salesman, Mark Davis, was an absolute pleasure and enhanced my buying experience tremendously!
