Robert Lawson is always great! Over the years, I've come to appreciate how precise he is, as well as his knowledge of the BMW brand. He always takes my calls, and is always extremely proactive with calling me to give updates - which is something I appreciate immensely.
Even though we only got $750 off on a new factory built to my specs Mini Cooper S 4-door hardtop, the buying experience was terrific. The Sales person was a pleasure to deal with. He was knowledgeable & extremely helpful, as was the Finance person, Parts person, etc. A pleasant experience.

We had a great car buying experience at Tom Bush BMW. Luis Cruz did an excellent job showing up the vehicle and got us a square deal on our trade. I am very pleased with the customer service I received when I purchasing a new 540i from the Tom Bush dealership on Atlantic Blvd.. My sales associate, Dan Sorenson, was very friendly, kind, patient and knowledgeable. He was very interested in making sure I was pleased with the car I purchased. He was not pushy at all. My experience with Dan, Rob and Sheila was very pleasant and hassle free!!!
I was nervous to shop for a new car. All my male friends warned me that, as a female, I'd be pressured into purchasing something I did not want, or that I'd pay more than I needed to pay.
