I was deployed to Afghanistan and Mark matched the military sales program discount and worked with Rob (manager) to get a JCW allocation from another dealer in order for me to order the exact model I wanted and delivered the car the day after I arived home. The car came with the wrong color wheels and Mark and Rob found a JCW with black wheels at another dealer. They made sure the wheels were swapped before I arrived home. Mark kept in contact with me and answered all my questions and provided outstanding service.

I can explain how pleased we being with the way Mr. Richard Turpen treat us. There's no word to say thank you. He treat us with so much respect and keep giving us updates about the Mazda CX 7 Grand Touring We got. He work hand to hand with us until he make it happen. I had done research already and wanted to buy a Mini. Last week I stopped by Tom Bush in Jax FL, Todd was the sales rep I met. I totally enjoyed the entire experience and this was a first for me. I have bought 5 cars previously and do not like the task. Todd was nothing like the typical suspect car dealer sales rep. I actually enjoyed the time I spent with him. I would definitely recommend Tom Bush Mini. The sales staff was great from the initial meeting through the delivery, providing me with assistance, advice, and updates. And, everything was in order when I picked up my vehicle.

When my wife and I first entered the MINI building we were greated and treated with respect. Our salesman, Mark Maurais, did an exceptional job of conversing with us to find out what we were interested in buying and worked diligently with us from that point forward.
