Tom Bush and its representatives were friendly, professional, and informative from our initial test drive through purchase of the finished vehicle. I was particularly impressed that the sales representative took significant time to orient us on the car's features when we came to pick it up, rather than simply handing us the keys and saying goodbye. All in all, a very positive experience. We will be back.

I am not a fan of aggressive sales environments. Tom Bush was a breath of fresh air! I did not feel pressured into making a decision. My sales person, Tom Caloia was very knowledgeable about Mini and very likeable. He showed me the benefits of the car and let the car sale its self. I would recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a new car.

Present buying experience was excellent,past service was great and I would expect in the future I expect the same great service.The distance seems to be the only drawback from panama city ,florida to jacksonville is about 4 1/2 hours to drive ,. I hope you can in the future open a site here. thanks again. george meyer

Tom met me at the door the first time I visited the dealership and he was very attentive during the encounter. He explained everything about the MINI and gave me a history of the car. Throughout the buying experience he kept me informed of the location of the car and when it would arrive in Jacksonville. It was a truly pleasant experience from beginning to end.

Throuhout the process of purchasing this car, Tom Caiola did an absolutely suberb job. Our purchase of this car presented a great challenge to Tom, the car was purchased for Susan Miller as a surprise gift from her bother and three sisters. My old mini was towed in for service with a warn out transmission, it was going to cost a new car to fix the transmission and everything else that was wrong with my poor mini.I have great service and understanding from Tom Bush Mini. Now I have a brand new 2012 mini that I am loving!

I am an out of town customer who has been unsuccessful in negotiating a successful purchase at my local BMW dealership., I was in Jacksonville recently visiting my children and stopped by Tom Bush BMW to see what they might have available for purchase. Extremely wonderful experience. Purchased a new Mini and had some optional equipment added by the service department. Our sales agent, Mark Maurais, was great to work with. We will definitely be purchasing from this dealer again!
