Great facility and selection of cars. I've purchased two from this dealership and had four BMWs. My 550 has lots of problems and neither BMW or Tom Bush is stepping up. The 550 has a transmission problem that BMW now calls a "characteristic" but funny it wasn't part of the cars personality when I bought it! Service seems to never be able to replicate complaints and requests for meetings with the dealership management and BMW reps are never responded too. Great experience until you have a problem.

This is the first time I have been to the Mini Service Dept. since 2007 and felt like I was imposing on the service rep's day. Not friendly, helpful, or anything like I am accustomed to. What a disappointment. No stars.I had to put stars to submit.

On January 2, 2014. I purchased a BMW from Tom Bush Volkswagen BMW with my son. At the time of purchase, we were sold gap insurance (additional $595) and an extended warranty ($2,195), both we were told were a great protection investment and in the event we sold the car we could cancel and receive a prorated refund. Charged me $900 to replace a water pump - outrageous. Asked them to test the system for a slow leak I've had for a couple months. Told me they tested it and it was good to go. Within 1 day, was adding coolant. Mi called and the service manager told me specifically that they had pressure tested it. After a couple more coolant adds, I tested it myself and there was an obvious leak on the top of the radiator. While replacing the radiator, I found numerous loose and missing fasteners that were not assembled properly at the deale... read more

One or the worst experience when buying a car. Bill was super nice when trying to sell me the car but once the papers was signed his attitude totally changed. I was ignored with my questions and concerns and I even had to fill the car up with gas myself. Will not buy another car from Tom bush again.

I really like the car. I did not like the process, at all. When inquiring with friends, they told me they were very happy with Todd. Unfortunately, I ended up with Mark (I don’t recall if Todd wasn’t there or if I learned of him after first meeting Mark). Maybe the review that follows would have been different if I went with Todd. I found that Mark was not helpful, especially when I inquired about maintenance lists, service, etc. He was flush with stories about “him” and “his owners”, but not forthcoming when it came to answ... read more

We are probably atypical customers as we prefer to simply buy the car and not prove what shrewd deal mkers we are. We place a high value on feeling that we were served, not sold, in the purchase of this car. The product does much to sell itself, but Venci and all of the staff we dealt with were focused on answering our questions and allowing us to make the choice. The service over sales approach will be key in retaining us as long term customers.

I attempted to purchase a vehicle from Tom Bush and had negotiated a price. Mr. George Smith was aware I was on the way with money in hand but sold the vehicle minutes before I got to Tom Bush. It seems that one's word means nothing and a bit more commission means everything! Tom Bush has a great reputation but at the end of the day they were unethical and untrustworthy. I don't recommend them and would run the other way!

I recently had the displeasure of visiting this dealership. I have owned several (about 6) New BMWs. and i visited this dealership after a moving truck backed into my BMW. It needed about 2300 or so dollars worth of front end work. While my Car was in the shop i had them replace a door actuator as well. I took the door panel off,and tried to do it my self but realized it was a pretty duanting process. So....i left it to what i thought were the pros.
