"Never again!!" The service department lacks the expertise to diagnose and repair older BMW’s. I had the horrible experience of the service department’s failure to fully repair the brake system in a 2005 BMW X5. The hydraulic system was repaired but the mechanical system (pads, calipers and sensors) were treated like orphans from another planet. "Service- BJ and Clem Myles " Service at BMW TOm Bush -Regency my car mr was taken in for service on March 29th and I was given a ridiculous estimate by of things that needed to be addressed. My specific complaint to the service advisories was never addressed normally I take my car to a different location but the were booked without any appointment for a couple of weeks. "Cannot be trusted" Just say NO to Tom Bush! Definitely NOT TRUSTWORTHY! Don’t EVER trust them for your service needs. I won’t EVER again! "Don't purchase the Maintenance Program...a waste!" I purchase a BMW Maintenance Program Upgrade Agreement when I bought my 550. About a month ago I took my vehicle to Tom Bush to get a new set of tires and asked about brakes because I had a message. I was told the brake pads weren't in limits to change on this visit.
