"Service advisor didn’t communicate" I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and balance. They were also going to “check” my battery. No prices were discussed with me. They gave me a very nice loaner car and staff was friendly; however, when I arrived, which was at closing time, I received an outrageous bill for 904.00. "Service Department Remains Awful" Came in for a scheduled oil change. My advisor, Arsen, told me to expect 1h to 1h15min. Nearly 1h45min later, I finally look outside and see my car sitting there out front, presumably finished. I asked someone outside “is my car finished?” and he says “who is your advisor?” I say “he’s not at his desk”. He finds my keys on my advisor’s desk and apologizes because “he must be at lunch”. "BMW first annual service disappointing " Car was in for the first annual maintenance. I did have a loaner, but they had my car for over 4 1/2 hours. I tried to get a hold of someone between 12 and 1 PM and couldn’t get anyone including the receptionist on hold twice eventually hanging up. I also don’t understand why my salesman would not want to take three minutes of his time and meet with me to see how the lease ownership was going. I guess he doesn’t want repeat business.
