Jeff did an excellent job of being my advocate within the dealership and with the extended warranty contract. Do NOT sell warranty contacts. They are dishonest and expensive. They will give your sales people and your dealership a bad name. Jeff however is an asset to your dealership. Great job Jeff

Was given a complete run around, no one from the dealership communicated with me, they tried to get us to leave with the vehicle before it was even looked at, horrible horrible experience

I had my BMW towed to Tom Bush BMW by roadside assistance because of a flat tire. Keep in mind I purchased the BMW tire and wheel protection as additional coverage. When I arrived with the car the service manager wouldn't even get out of his seat to greet me. I was told about five minutes later that they didn't have the tire in stock and that they could not replace the tire until Monday, it is Thursday afternoon. I brought my 2012 BMW 650i in for regular maintenance on a paid-up extended maintenance plan. They listed (written) all the items they were going to do and said they were covered on the extended maintenance plan. When I picked up the car they said they did not replace the battery because it was not covered in the plan even though they said previously it was and it would be done. I stopped by Tom Bush in Orange Park as they suggested to see if there was an easy fix for my idrive that would no longer respond when I pushed the dial. Two men took a look and checked their computers and reported to me that it could not be fixed and would have to be replaced which required a lot of labor. Jonathan wrote me a quote for $770. Have a good selection of cars however they are severely overpriced on most if not all. Even when presented with KBB and Car gurus price analysis sales reps refused to come down to even the upper limits of fair value. Disappointing negotiations. Netorious in the military community for overselling and price gauging, I thought I would at least give them a fair shake to see for myself. The opinions were factual. I see a trend with the reviews. Positive feedback on sales and negative reviews on service. My experience has been no exception to the trend. I too have left messages with no return calls. I have just incurred $2,800 in charges with no tangible results. I have had my car in for service 4 times since it was purchased last November. At each visit I brought up strange noises and burning oil. I was consistently told there was no issue. Tire warning came on, brought it in and was told tire needed air, 4 days later tire was flat, had a screw in it. if they would have checked the tire they would have found the screw and I could have had tire repaired but because it went 4 days or so the screw worked its way in and screwed the tire, now I have to buy two new tires $500.00. I would struggle to even call this a "Service" center. Dealing with the incompetent Service Manager was the only experience I have encountered that is worse than dealing with an Airline ticket agent. First they "lost the key", so then I went home to get my spare key. They decided that it was best to wait until I returned with my spare key to inform me that my car was up on the rack and had been taken apart (even though I had NOT approved any work).
