"Quality Service" Went in because of a oil leak related to transmission. Advisor Nina provide frequent updates and treated case with urgency with customer time in mind.
"1st Service and Warranty Issues" Had 8:00am appointment for 1st Service of my X3 BMW and some Warranty issues. At 10:30 am we are complete reviewing Warranty issues, no service codes so NONE addressed. In fact on three issues was told on service report that the car didn’t have the functionality when in fact it really had so tech really had no idea of car. Makes you wonder if the 1st Service was really done. Called to talk to Service Manager and was told with a Customer and would call back. No call back.
"Long time MINI owner - will never get one again" I went to this MINI for 5 years.... with my 2012 MINI Cooper S and with my 2017 MINI Cooper 4 door, that I only got b/c my first car was brought in 3x for the same issue (within a year & a half) and they didn't fix it correctly...... "They lost my gate opener" Took the car in for a/c, they took care of it and managed a last minute overnight loaner car. BUT while my car was there, my gate opener remote went missing from my dashboard. And it wasn't while they cleaned the car, which they say is standard servicd; my car was still full of Cheerios with dog nose prints on the windows. Which is fine, but might have explained how the remote went missing.
"Sevice. Advisor. Very poor. Knowledge " Service advisor Nina. Poor knowledge product and company and she did not follow up on my vehicle. Called twice never respond never call back. Find out about my vehicle late.
I have had the absolute worse experience with this bmw dealer. I would not recommend taking your car there. I am not a meticulous bmw owner so if I am bothered by this all you die hard owners I would suggest taking your car elsewhere!!!! I brought my car in because my low coolant light was on. I had my vehicle in for service and was told that my vehicle would be ready the next day around noon. I work night shift and worked the night before and stayed in town waiting for my vehicle when a i got off since I live an hour away. Since I received no call from my service advisor by noon I called and was transferred to my advisor and told to leave a message and she would get back to me ASAP. I brought my car at 7:30 am and was told that it is a 1.5 hour to install the navigation system. I waited till 4 pm nobody called. I went to the dealership to pick up not only did anyone showed me or demo how to use the system but my cellphone holder is missing. they said they threw it in the back seat. Instead of reinstalling it they just threw it in the back seat? Anyway they told me to buy a new one and they will reimburse. Nice. Sold my mini to Tom Bush 13 days ago. They serviced my car for 12 years. I bought it from them. They gave me no bill of sale, but they have the car & the signed title. If I had gone to carmax, I would have gotten an immediate check, but I was a "loyal" Tom Bush fan :( I was told I'd have a check in 10-12 days.
