Exceptional service with friendly , helpful employees.
I purchased a used Chevy truck at the BMW dealership. I tried to buy one from a Chevy dealer but believe it or not, I found the best value and customer service at BMW of Dallas. Highly recommended! Work with Gary Aggas! He and his GM earned my business on this purchase and going forward.
I went in for an Airbag Recall, the people were very friendly, professional, and helpful. I made a new friend ‘Russell’ his attitude was an A+. The time quoted to install the airbag was right on target. I didn’t have to wait at all.
Two weeks ago I bought my X3 from BMW of Dallas. It was a wonderful experience. Specially my salesperson Mr. Alex Guzman. He makes my dream come true. Though it is my third BMW but for some financial issue I never thought I'll possible to get this car now. But it happened and the process was easy and quick. I'm hundred percent satisfied and thankful to all the team members of BMW Dallas. I'll recommend all my friends and family to them.
