I had an amazing experience from start to finish! Tarah and Oscar were amazing and I’m so glad that they walked me through every step! Oscar was able to answer every question for me and to think I started the process through a chat on their website, they made this process very easy!!
John with MINI was very friendly and helpful. We have had several minor problems with our MINI over the last 4 years but have always received great service. We are from out of town and the representatives are always very accommodating with finishing our vehicle within our schedule.

Very professional, very nice
This is my second experience with BMW of Dallas. My first experience was much better than this one. I took our car in last Tuesday and they didn’t even start any work on it until the following Monday. Our sales rep was nowhere to be found at times, and never seemed to call us back, especially when my husband left him several messages. Then when they finally started working on it, they told us we would be able to pick up around 4:00 pm.
