I received 5 star class service at BMW of Dallas. My car was recalled. After I took it down there everybody was professional and I was on my way with a loaner car within 10 minutes. They also cleared the alarms on my dash as an added bonus. Certainly want to give a heartful thanks guys. You were awesome !!!

My Clubman is still perfect after 130k miles, and driving it is still a blast. It’s only ever needed routine maintenance, for which I go to Mini of Dallas. My experience there has always been lovely, and I’m a happy customer.

I had a great buying experience working with Eric Dotson and Ronald Drayovitch. I was able to initiate the inquiry online/over the phone as I prefer, but as I would typically only go into the dealership to sign papers, Eric talked me into coming in, where I discovered the 330 model I was interested in, was actually not a good fit for me, however, walking through the inventory garage, I saw my perfect match. I love the way the members greet you as you drive in for your appointment and up-date you through the whole process. The service was fast and very efficient.
I LOVE my new 2018 BMW from BMW of Dallas! Excellent trade in value given for my 2016 BMW and low “Trucar” sales price for the 2018 ... AND, with 000’s in BMW manufacturer incentives PLUS, a $2,000 rebate from my insurance company, USAA ... how could I not BUY RIGHT NOW?
