I moved to Dallas a month ago and my car lease was ending. I got anxious because I was used to dealing with Hendrick BMW in Northlake (Charlotte) and was still learning my way around the city. Well, I was pleasantly surprised by BMW of Dallas! Alejandro B. was very attentive, even after I cancelled our first appointment. Alejandro delivered way beyond my expectations. The whole process was seamless. I would highly recommend BMW of Dallas to anyone who is thinking of trying a better car experience!

Great service. A little chaotic with the construction going on and both Mini's and BMW's going through the same initial service line. The work was performed and everything clearly explained to me. My service advisor Jordon was very helpful. I've always used Mini of Dallas to service my 2007 Mini Cooper S and I've always been pleased with them.
Joe was my service contact, he is always very helpful and kind. The two times I have had my car serviced though, they have not washed or vacuumed my car. When I picked my car up yesterday the front license plate was bent forward. Like half of it was pretending out at a 90 degree angle.... When I went to get in my car no one was there to greet me as I was getting in my car, so that I could inquire about why the plates were like that, and if I had any other concerns.
