Jeff and Andrew were professional and personable to do business with at Mini of Dallas. They handled our special order and our requests including a loaner car for a few days while ours was being produced and shipped. We got the car in less time, about 6-7 weeks than we were told and anticipated. I’ve purchased 3 new cars from AutoNation and have had no problems with any of them. This is our third BMW Mini. Fourth counting a 1971 Classic.

Every experience at a BMW dealership has been pretty awful. This last time, I brought my car for service/oil change/inspection. I was very upset with the way things were handled. One of the management staff stepped in and went above and beyond to make things right and make sure I would be back again. Thanks, Vince!

John Berry always goes above and beyond to make sure my experience is perfect. This last visit was no exception. He took care of all the details and service was completed in a very timely manner. I recently purchased a 2013 740li. The experience, overall, was great. The staff was very friendly and ver knowledgeable about their product. I wasn't sitting there all night either. We mutually agreed upon a deal fairly quickly. Great experience and I would definitely go back again!

I recently switched from another mini dealer in a different city to Mini of Dallas and have been really pleased so far. Tim Gotcher has been great! He takes time to explain repairs needed on my 9 year old mini, even when he is super busy. It feels good to have found someone I can trust.
