I have to say my recent purchase from MINI of Dallas was, by far, the BEST car buying experience I have EVER had. My new 2014 JCW Coupe is my third MINI, and the second one purchased through MINI of Dallas. I bought my car at Sewell Mini, which was acquired by BMW of Dallas. I bought chip and dent protection plan which Mini of Dallas will not honor. No offer to help with accommodation. I am now left out in the cold with no coverage and feel ripped off. As soon as my warranty is up I am going to find and after-market shop for my maintenance. Disappointed.

60k check up cost $1,000+ which is understandable since it is at the dealership. To fix check engine light estimate cost of $4500 is unacceptable. When we picking up our vehicle, they said the quote was for someone else. Asked us to "work with them" - 4 trips later, we were told it would cost $875 to install an armrest. Add to this the cost for parts of $359. When we did not want to proceed, the service manager still pushes "let me see what we can work out"... Stay away from these folks - bad news all around.

They asked $2900 for water pump and thermostat and the belt for mini 2015 which parts cost $260 for all they very very pricey and cheaters when I was there they called and asked if I want to sell or trade I told here my car in service she said we will reimburse the money you spend they want me to spend and pay $2900 I will not trust this dealer they thiefs

Brought my daughters Mini in for new brakes We were told the brakes were fine, the light coming on was a malfunction so the sensor was reset. Light came back on a day later, brought it back in and now it needs brakes... ??? The service tech failed to remove the tires to check the inside pads on our first visit. We have the pads changed and return the loaner car on a Wednesday afternoon with a FULL tank of gas as we were instructed. 2 days later my cc is charged $13.98 for gas because an employee drives the loaner car for 2 d... read more
