Unfortunately not a fan anymore. I bought a Mini Cooper from CarMax years ago. It was still under factory warranty and I was having some issues that CarMax couldn't fix so I took it to Mini of Dallas. They did a great job! Fixed the problem, gave me a loaner, vacuumed, topped off the fluids, let me know what my next service would be, just great. So, When it was time for a new car, I went directly to Mini of Dallas. My salesperson was great, however, the finance department couldn't figure out how to use State Farm Finance, so... read more

The customer service was great. However I went in for a routine service appointment and was there for almost 5 hours!!! And all they were doing was changing my oil and one tire.

If you are form out of state do not purchase an vehicle or BMW from BMW of Dallas they are some of the Most Unprofessional in the dealership business. I do not like talking or saying things to hurt other business, but BMW of Dallas Really Need To Take A Look at their sales department personnel. I understand what Ms. Catherine Weir is saying in her post about BMW of Dallas, because I drove from out of State and the sale person who was supposed to meet me was not in at the time I arrived to the dealership. When I got their he ... read more

Without going into the painful details of my experience, all I can say is that the entire staff needs to be trained by Sewell Automotive. Better yet, Autonation should hire Sewell to manage MINI of Dallas and BMW of Dallas. The customers who purchase these cars deserve better. Much better.

Really bad service. They don’t care about their customers especially the service department they are the worst. The sales department and management are just lairs specially Tania Eubanks, Victor Jaime and Oscar Magana. I do not recommend this place, do not waste your time or money here.

Cars been in for over a week and I've been told waiting for a tire. Called multiple times yesterday to get some details and been told someone would call me back. Still waiting...Guess you have to show up to have someone talk to you.

I would like to start by saying this exact same feedback is the one I´m delivering to BMW North America. My experience as a new customer divides in two: THE CAR: Is everything I ever dream of, is beautiful and an absolute pleasure to drive; Not to mention it was literally built for me. THE BUYING EXPERIENCE: This was a mixed experience with a sad ending. • At first, we started on the right foot as I was told there was no stock at Dallas but there was or will be soon in other AutoNation dealerships located on other states and... read more

I really like my service guy, Jason, but little else. I'll have to take my X3 back for the fourth time for a moonroof rattle. Seriously!

I bought a car at BMW of Dallas last week and I will never be back. My salesman, Chris, was nice enough while showing me different cars and working with me on a fair price but was not in town on the Saturday I had arranged to sign papers and purchase the car. He said he would follow up with the following Thursday when he returned from his vacation. I never heard from him. That Friday I had an issue with my tire and ended up back at the dealership Saturday morning to have my tire looked at. I had called Chris Friday night abo... read more
