What a difference a dealership makes. After having great service from Mini Of Plano #Sewell I had to take my Countryman to Mini Of Dallas for standard service plus a tire replacement. They had no loaner cars, but said it would only be a couple of hours so I decided to wait. After 2 hours they told me that they didn't have a tire, and it would be 5PM before they got one in. Very disappointed with service after the sale. The “genius” assigned to helping us must have skipped a class or two. Misinformation and outright disinformation are not what one expects from a BMW brand!

My wife’s oil change turned into a $664 service visit today. I feel blackmailed. Will never use this dealership again and don’t recommend them to anyone.

Awesome service, i can’t complain the only thing is that you won’t be here for an hour or two... also they should put like a charging station for iPhones in the launch area... it’ll be really helpful, over all amazing service!

As a Co/Signer walk in after my son had been there and agreed to by 370 Z. I was greeted by a gentleman and been given complement of my son and "herd lots of good thing about you". Then we walk in to the office of Ron Drayovitch (Customer Financial Service Manager). My son and I walked in, Ron was very rude when he give me the first few document to sign. He did not offer to explain the document and when I confirmed him that I need to have copies of all document I am signing! including my credit report, he totally ignored me ... read more

My wife bought a Certified Pre-Owned unit from this dealership in July of 2017. She has had numerous problems and the dealership is incredibly dificult to deal with and contact. We took it to Mini of Oklahoma City and they immediately found an issue which should have prevented this from being Certified. A complaint has been filed with the manufacturer.

Brought my car in to bmw for recalls service advisor asked me to make over $6,000 in repairs declined bc the bulk of that was work I can do my self picked up the car had grease of the door panel car was not washed clock was set in military time and the stuff that should have been looked at was not even looked at never going there again

just bought a 2017 Mercedes E300 without asking for single dollar discount on asking price....they take forever to get spare key done, car was almost due for service but not taken care of, salesman are pushy, etc....overall a terrible place to buy a car
