I am reposting my review because they have deleted it. This place has illegally changed my tires on me 3 times. The service dept doesn’t know how to do their jobs. They have switched tires to someone else’s tires and rims. They have blamed me and said i must not know what kind of tires i have. Now recently they have done it again. Switched my tire on me and gave me someone else’s tires. I’m sick of this place. They have no idea how to do their jobs.

I have been to this location twice. The first time I went for an oil change, not only did it take over an hour and a half. They had switched 2 of my tires. I had someone's beat up wheels and rims. Someone in the service dept switched them thinking I wouldn't notice. My husband is the one who keeps up with my car and he knows exactly what tires i have. I was in here yesterday and dealt with Tim Bennett a service guy, I have never called and made a complaint on anyone but Mr. Bennet is the worst person that I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. Even after explaining that I was Afghan vet and had anxiety issues, this guy was still totally rude and seemed as though he did not give a shit about the safety concerns from the recall. Here I am, getting this survey and I STILL have not gotten my car back NOR have I heard from the dealership since Jan 10. I tried to contact the Service department manager by email and phone call several days ago and NEVER got a return message. The car has been there over a month and no one is telling me anything. I haven't had time to take off work and drive across town to get my car. Unbelievably bad service.

Although it took 4 mos to get the air bag replacement, the appt was a breeze. In and out in 20 min, car ready 2hrs later. This should be the norm but sadly isn't. Dealers make way more $$ in service than sales and everyone is incentivized, not a good situation. I have never used any dealer services for anything but warranty.

This service appointment was a fiasco from start to finish. I set an appointment specifically based on getting a loaner car. I was a few minutes late arriving, but then had to wait over 20 minutes just to see the advisor. Jason worked quickly to get me to the loan car department, where I waited again just to be told that no loaners were available and I needed to be taken to Enterprise for a rental. Made an appointment, days before, asked for a loaner car, was told all is set. Wife takes in car, nothing but an up sell from the moment she walks in. Was told She needed an injector service, car has less than 21,000 miles. I have the tire/wheel replacement plan from Mini. She was told it was going to cost $370 for an rotation/balance. Final straw was the service advisor, and the service manager telling her there wasn’t a loaner car, and she could get enterprise to come pick her up. I had a safety recall for an airbag replaced here. No one to direct you when you drop your car off about next steps. Check Engine Light came on when I left. I haven't had any issues with it in the last 6 months. Tim the representative at this dealership told me that I would need to come in and plug in the diagnostics - $189 value to go towards your repair.... I'm convinced they have a scam of the month club given my check engine light issue. They should have addressed when I was leaving as opposed to charging me to come back... read more
