Phenomenal Customer Service Received superior customer service at the dealership. My salesmen Robert Behr was phenomenal!!! Answered all my questions and made sure that I understood everything about my truck. I can say that Robert is the TRUE meaning of customer service.
Hectic but overall positive I took my newly-purchased-from-Carmax-Mini Cooper to Long Beach BMW to have it inspected and to have a flat tire replaced. The repair took a while, but it was not LB BMW?s fault? the size tire I needed was not in stock so the supplier was late which forced me to need a loaner car to get to work on time. After the repair was completed, Manny included a little gift bag for me in my car and I was not charged for the inspection (which was quoted at nearly $200).
