hancockpark@earthlink.net I had white deposits of some sort all over the car. I asked them not to wash the car and they said they did not. I washed the car before I brought it in. The wind shield wipers had been turned on and a white material was all over. The service writer was great and the over all service was good. There was a few miles extra on the car then when I brought it in. This happens all the time. I don't see a reason for a test drive for the service I had.

BMW service Very friendly service advisor James gave me nice car for free while I needed to leave my car for repair, it was very hot day, he asked me if I needed cold drink, what more can I ask for?

Stellar service! After hitting a pothole and blowing a run flat, I had my car towed here as I knew they?d have my specialty tire in stock. While there, I also asked them to check why my car occasionally felt like it was having difficulty shifting gears when going up a steep hill. Additionally, I told them my check engine light had come on (and then off) a short while back and I didn?t know what that was all about but it concerned me. Long story short, they ran several diagnostic tests on my car and found nothing wrong. Whew!... read more

Towed in, drove out Service Advisor 'B-Dub' was genuinely friendly and related well. (car had an alternator failure which ultimately led to complete loss of power and stranded by roadside, had to be towed in). Repairs were completed in a timely manner. Mechanic left off the hose clamp between the airbox and the intake ducting (not serious but careless). Overall experience was good, one mark down for the (expected) high cost of (remanufactured) alternator and labor; it's a dealer. I understand that's how they do business and ... read more
