Service Review We were very upset when we arrived at the dealership with our sunroof broken open and rain on the way. Our service rep Manuel was very polite and professional. Our sunroof was repaired and the only drama was us worrying. All the drama on our part was un-necessary as our car was professionally repaired.

Car Maintenance I love BMW of Long Beach. My local BMW (BMW of Riverside) provides truly terrible service, like shockingly terrible. So I drive the additional 50 miles just to go to BMW of Long Beach. They have an amazing team! Thank you for serving me during quarantine time, for wearing all the necessary PPE and for disinfecting my car.

Brian Woolverton is the best! :D He was super nice and knowledgeable. I even got a loaner car because my tires were not in stock and they kept my car over the weekend. Which I believe it's customary but I've gone to other dealerships (not going to say which one) and I was never offered this because I didn't buy my BMW from their dealership. Thank you Brian! See you soon when I come back in for my maintenance :-)
