Bad buying experience I bought a new car. After the deal is finalized, it took 2 hours for the finance staff to call me to sign the paperwork. This is ridiculous!! The signing of the paperwork took 5 minutes. The sales person did not bother to do a walkthrough of the car and features. Here is the key and that?s it!!
