Took over 5 hours to buy a car Momentum BMW in Houston is a very large dealership and a relatively new facility. When you buy a car there you are forced to also buy fabric/paint protection and anti-thief products. They have already been applied to the vehicle so they cannot be undone. They did remove the fabric/paint product from my final price but I do not have the warranty. This is so silly because it has already been applied to the car. This indicates how much profit they make. Wouldn?t recommend The guy trynna sell me the car was nice but the dealership as a whole wasn?t a good experience. I was pre approved for everything but they wouldn?t take it and wanted me to do it through them and put a down payment. It seemed like every time i though i was gonna get the car there was a problem and it just got frustrating. So I bought a car through another dealership and it was a smooth process and not a problematic and walked out with my car the same day, without having any problems.

Worst buying experience ever. Process was too long, I was ignored by the sales rep who to this day hasn't responded to any emails, calls or texts after the paperwork was signed. Not even to say thanks for her having to do nothing. I found the car and cut a check. Promised delivery to my house and it didn't show. Nobody could tell me why until the end of the day. Couldn't find the check I overnighted and sent tracking info to them. So even getting the car a day late there has been 0 response from the sales rep. Gets commissio... read more

Used car purchase experience Very poor after sale service and follow up by company management. Will never buy from this dealership again will never recommend or use repair services. Though the sales person did a great job.

Purchase of X5 at Momentum on SW Freeway. The buying process took much too long--hours. We paid by check, so need for you to work with lender. Hard to understand.
