DO NOT BUY HERE AT ALL! NO CUSTOMER LOYALTY I spent 100k on a new M550xi and the moment I signed and took delivery. Enrique basically pushed me out the door. No instructions at all on this car. Terrible service Scheduled an appointment to test drive a vehicle, but vehicle was not ready. Had already previously stated that we were out of the city and it would be a 4 hour drive to come down. Salesman was hostile and aggressive and not once did he seem enthusiastic to sell us the car. At times felt judged and looked to us like this sale was not worth his time. bad service i bought brand new vehicle from them from out of state. When the car delivered to me. It had 1/4 of gas in the tank, wrappers in the glove compartment. car dirty inside and out. Dead bugs on the outside of the vehicle. IT WAS ENCLOSED TRANSPORTATION. spoke to manager no ownership of responsibility. tried to deflect blame and put it on a transportation company.
2015 Cadillac Escalade I bought a 2015 Cadillac Escalade online and had it shipped to Wisconsin. Curtis handled the transaction very professionally. When the vehicle arrived the Cue entertainment center touch screen was not working. I communicated this problem to Momentum BMW and Tommy responded to provide an estimate and send it via email to him. Lack of humanity I stopped with my daughter to ask some info after my son died in a car crash few hours after leaving the service department. We told a salesman the purpose of our visit and he said, “everyone is in a meeting”. He handed the 800 number of BMW and walked away. I may never buy another BMW
