Somehow I ended up on the mailing list of this dealership even though I have never owned or particularly wanted a MINI. Recently my interest was stirred by an advertisement mailed to me on multiple occasions promising a lease of a MINI Cooper Hardtop for payments of $229.00/month for 36 months with 0 due at signing plus a number of dealer credits and incentives. Gail was personable and genuine not what I expected from a salesman. She cared more about me than selling a car. She is a rare form in the car selling market and it's very refreshing and unique.

I was really interested in a Mini. Went to dealership and walked around for 25 minutes. No one said anything to me. No one else was in showroom. I finally walked to Mary Smith's office and asked for a manager. She told me she was and was there a problem. Yes I said. Are you interested in taking care of a potential new customer. She went and located Lauren to handle my questions and take me on a test drive. Very knowledgeable sales person. Nice ride. Probably would have needed to order a new one for me. Drove 1 hour to stop in to get the wheels taken off my car after I lost the wheel lock key at an autocross. It took 45 minutes for service to tell me they didn't have a key, even though the wheel locks are from MINI. Drove to a local BMW Dealer who searched for, but didn't have the key. Within 5 minutes they offered to blast the locks off, order a key, and ship it to me while I was away on business. That's how to do costumer service.
