I originally choose Mini of Allentown due to the location and familiarity of Allentown for me, even though it was twice the distance from Otto's. I do not regret it in the slightest, and had a wonderful time dealing with them. Everyone was helpful. Lauren was unlike any car dealer I have ever dealt with, and made me feel like Mini is much more of a closer community than any other car community. I just purchased a 2010 Clubman and the experience was excellent. My motoring advisor, Lauren Leabman was great. This was my first Mini purchase and she was very patient and understanding while walking me through everything. I would recommend Lauren and Mini of Allentown to anyone!

This was my first car-buying experience with any MINI dealership and I am extremely satisfied. Mike, my Motoring Advisor, has been available both before and after the sale. I rated this dealership only a "4" for "Quality of Work" as the chrome scoop had to be reseated. I also rated them a "4" for price, which is really reflective of the manufacturer's cost of the vehicle, not the dealership itself. I purchased a new Mini Countryman at this dealership. I have been in contact with the dealership for approximately one year waiting for the right deal. Matt the salesperson kept in touch with me. He was patient and not pushy. He alerted me to two end of year incentives. The dealership gave me a good price for the trade and I am happy with the price of the car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

This was by far the best service experience that I have ever had. They took my car in with only one day notice, did all of the repairs, washed it, and delivered it 130 miles back to me. I will never buy or service a Mini any where else.

Dealing with Matt was a very pleasant experience. As soon as we arrived he came outside and greeted my wife by her first name. He made every effort to insure the car we chose came with as many options as we desired, while still staying in our price range. The day I picked up the car he later called, to see if I had any further questions he could answer. The dealership's appearance was trendy and clean.

The absolute best car buying experience I've had in 40 years of buying/leasing cars. The sales staff are very versed in their product. My salesman listened to all my needs in a car and showed me the packages available that met those needs. The MINI online design tool is invaluable when it come to designing a car. Once I was up to speed on the website and understood how Mini builds their cars, I could go home and try out all the variations available and see what the final MSRP is on each change. Lauren's attention to detail was spot on. She made buying a car easy from checking insurance, running different payment options to the final sale. She was extremely patient while we fired many questions at her at the same time. Lauren always has a smile on her face and lots of hugs to give. My wife and I bought 2 cars from her within 24 hours of each other, which was not in our original plans. We came in to test drive the new Mini Coupe and ended up with a Countryman and a Coupe!
