Lauren is phenominal...I didn't know I was going to buy the new Mini Coupe until I started talking to her. Great experience overall. From selecting the car and options to teaching me how to drive a manual transmission car the staff was phenomenal. Plus, I show up to pickup my new 2012 mini cooper S and sign the paperwork and what do they tell me… they are honoring a new promotion giving me an extra $250 off. Drove 70 miles b/c this dealership had the MINI I wanted. Was greeted in the parking lot by Matt. The entire experience was a great one. Matt was helpful and there was no pressure. He seemed to genuinely want the deal to happen, and was as happy as I was when it did. Was hoping for more for my trade-in, but Matt had calls made to nearby dealers to try to increase price. I just bought my first car and couldn't have had a better experience. As a 25 year old female buying a car by herself I was worried I'd have a "take advantage of me" target on my back, but I never felt like that buying my Mini. As other reviewers have said... Kristen is Wonderful! She is like no car salesperson you have ever had. No pressure. She emailed me when incentives were happening other than that she knew I was not quite ready to buy and did not push. She knows everything about the cars and can answer all questions.
